ARE THE PHOTOS POSTED ACTUAL PHOTOS?
- Yes, all photos posted are actual photos. Although sometimes the editing/ lighting can affect the color of the item. It is best to contact us first if you want to make sure of the color so we can send you more photos for reference.

TRACKING OF ORDERS:
- Tracking numbers will be sent via an automated email or SMS within 24 hours of dispatch
- Bank Deposit/ Wire Transfer: BDO, BPI and Metrobank
- Pera Padala Centers: Palawan, LBC and Cebuana Lhuillier
- Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila only)

RETURN & EXCHANGE:
- We do not allow refunds, however, we do accept EXCHANGING of items as long as it is within 7 days of purchase.
- Exchanged item must be in equal or greater value. No refund will be issued.
- By exchanging an item, additional delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.
- If the item is not returned to us within 7 days of purchase, it will no longer be accommodated.
- Items bought during sale events cannot be exchanged.
